1. General Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for any purchases made on The Media Patch, including but not limited to membership fees, marketplace purchases, and crowdfunding contributions. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
2. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will still have access to all features for the duration of your current billing cycle.
3. Marketplace Purchases
All purchases made through the marketplace are final. If you experience issues with a product or service purchased from another user, please contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
The Media Patch does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for any refunds related to marketplace transactions.
4. Crowdfunding Contributions
Contributions made to crowdfunding campaigns on The Media Patch are treated as donations to the campaign and are non-refundable. If you wish to withdraw your support, please do so before the campaign ends.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing paid services, please contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring. We will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a refund in rare cases.
Accidental Purchases: If a purchase was made in error or accidentally, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. We will review the case and may offer a refund at our discretion.
